Fifth grader, Kara W. spent the day at the Frankfort convention center, to celebrate her County and District Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation’s 2015 Conservation Art contest. The poster earned the school’s art program $250.00.  Congratulations to Kara on her award winning poster, pictured right.

Seventh grader, Skylar F. won the area Lions’ Club Peace Poster.  She was awarded her certificate and award in the cafeteria with the students in attendance.

Mrs. Ann Horn received an award from Mr. Chuck Danison, Lions’ Club representative, for her many years of dedication to the Lions’ Club Peace Poster Contest.  Under Mrs. Horn’s tutelage, Corpus Christi Classical Academy has produced many Peace Poster Area, District, and Regional winners, as well as a few that have advanced as far as the International Level.
